Your Responsibilities

The company enters the next phase of accelerating growth and we are looking for a Manufacturing Manager to take ownership of our factory floor operations and workshop activities. You will lead a small but growing skilled team, drive process excellence, and help scale our manufacturing capabilities to meet increasing global demand.

• Lead, organize and grow our manufacturing and workshop team
• Assemble electronic and mechanical components into sub-assemblies or finished products
• Test sub-assemblies and finished products
• Oversee production planning, assembly, testing, and quality control
• Ensure high standards in manufacturing processes, safety, and documentation
• Identify bottlenecks and gaps in processes or communication, work out solutions and implement them
• Collaborate with R&D and supply chain teams to industrialize new products
• Manage ERP production data, workflows, and reports to support company scaling
• Continuously improve efficiency, cost control, and product delivery performance
• Be responsible for workshop and machine maintenance, identify issues, propose and implement improvements to tools, machines and processes

Your Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of a proven experience in hands-on manufacturing within electronics, robotics, or precision engineering
• Strong team leadership experience and hands-on problem-solving skills
• Practical knowledge of quality systems, lean processes, and assembly workflows
• Working ERP experience
• Fluent in French and English (both required)
• A proactive mindset suited to a fast-growing tech scale-up environment
• A strong understanding and pragmatic commitment to "lean" principles, improving efficiency, eliminating waste of time and material
